Saral Jeevan Foundation was established in 2015 with a profound belief that every human being deserves a life of dignity, health, and opportunity. What began as a small group of passionate individuals distributing food to the homeless has grown into a full-fledged non-profit organization impacting thousands of lives across multiple states in India.
Our name “Saral Jeevan” translates to “Simple Life” – reflecting our philosophy that the simplest acts of kindness can transform lives. We believe in the power of community, the strength of collective action, and the transformative potential of compassion. Our team of over 500 dedicated volunteers works tirelessly across the domains of food security, healthcare, education, women empowerment, environmental welfare, and elderly care.
Registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, we maintain the highest standards of transparency and accountability. Every donation we receive is tracked and reported, ensuring that our supporters can see the direct impact of their generosity. We are governed by a board of distinguished trustees who bring decades of experience in social work, healthcare, education, and community development.
To serve the underprivileged with love, compassion, and dignity by providing essential services in food, healthcare, education, and community support, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to lead a fulfilling life regardless of their circumstances. We are committed to sustainable development that empowers communities to become self-reliant and resilient.
A society where every person has access to basic necessities, quality healthcare, and educational opportunities, where communities thrive together in harmony, and where the cycle of poverty is replaced by a cycle of empowerment and sustainable growth. We envision an India where no one is left behind and every citizen can realize their full potential.
Compassion, transparency, integrity, and community are the pillars that guide everything we do. We treat every person with respect and dignity, maintain complete transparency in our operations and finances, uphold the highest ethical standards, and believe in the collective power of communities working together for the common good of all.
We approach every individual with empathy and understanding, recognizing the inherent worth and dignity of every human being regardless of their background or circumstances.
We maintain complete openness in our operations, finances, and impact measurement, ensuring that every stakeholder can see exactly how their support is making a difference.
We believe in the power of collective action and community-driven development, working alongside local leaders and community members to create sustainable solutions.
We uphold the highest ethical standards in all our interactions, ensuring that trust remains the foundation of our relationship with communities, donors, and partners.
Started with a small group of 5 volunteers distributing food to homeless individuals in Delhi. Our first community kitchen served 50 meals a day, driven by nothing but compassion and a desire to help those in need.
Launched our first free health camp, treating over 500 patients in a single day. This milestone marked our expansion from food distribution to comprehensive community healthcare, establishing our mobile clinic program.
During the pandemic, we pivoted to support over 1,000 children with remote learning tools and food relief. Our education scholarship program was formally launched, providing comprehensive support to underprivileged students.
Crossed the milestone of directly impacting over 10,000 families through our integrated programs. Recognized by the state government for outstanding community service and expanded operations to 5 states across India.
